The exhibit is entitled "Gingerbread Girls". It showcases Yasmin Sison's talent as a painter, capable of creating art from large and small canvasses. The exhibit runs for two weeks at SM Megamall's Finale gallery (4th Floor).
Jen and I met up with Mariano and Min. Apparently this was a solo exhibit for Min. Nano's planning to hold his own solo stint around November this year.
Jen asked Min where she got the models for the kids. Min told us that she dressed up her nieces as models. Nano took their pictures and Min drew the portraits from her hubby's photographs.
We also noticed that the bird painting had the same props that the young girls were holding. I don't really know what that meant and we forgot to ask the artists.
I also took pictures of some sculptures that Min and Nano made. They look like petrified dead birds to me.
